No, unless there has been a previous contact with the owner by animal control.

We generally only remove wild animals from the area or assistance in removing wild animals from inside your home.

3. Does the City of Hoover have a leash law?

Yes, your pet must be on a leash attached to the hand of the owner or person in charge unless contained by perimeter boundaries such as above ground or under ground fencing.
